1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the xbjl platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses any part of the xbjl website or services. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on xbjl, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

xbjl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the xbjl platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with xbjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and xbjl.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the xbjl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by xbjl.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of xbjl, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the xbjl platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

xbjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned, less any winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of underage use.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of xbjl services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active xbjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. xbjl employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbjl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. xbjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify xbjl immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

xbjl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. xbjl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

xbjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your xbjl account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. xbjl does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. xbjl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 8 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

xbjl reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where xbjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the xbjl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). xbjl does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

xbjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms applicable across all xbjl promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your xbjl account in the form of bonus credits, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• xbjl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus credits where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, xbjl reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus play before processing the withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the xbjl platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, etc.). The following general betting rules apply across all xbjl products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the xbjl system. xbjl does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules.
• xbjl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of xbjl.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, xbjl's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• xbjl reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or player account at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed using funds that are subsequently identified as fraudulently obtained will be voided and the relevant account suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the xbjl platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the xbjl platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the xbjl platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbjl staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the xbjl platform or another player's account;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the xbjl platform without prior written consent.

xbjl reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbjl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of xbjl or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xbjl content without prior written authorisation from xbjl.

The xbjl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of xbjl. You may not use any xbjl trademark, trade name, or service mark without the prior written consent of xbjl.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

xbjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the xbjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xbjl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and xbjl cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

xbjl will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. xbjl may share your data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

In compliance with Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by xbjl. To exercise these rights, please contact [email protected].

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xbjl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond xbjl's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank.

xbjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xbjl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xbjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

xbjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where xbjl has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• You are under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to xbjl, other players, or the integrity of the platform;
• xbjl is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, xbjl reserves the right to void any pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to deductions for any losses suffered by xbjl as a result of your breach.

You may close your xbjl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12. Responsible Gaming

xbjl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your xbjl account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the xbjl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Set periodic reminders of the time and money spent on the platform during a session.

13. Amendments to These Terms

xbjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xbjl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the xbjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting xbjl customer support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the xbjl platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting xbjl customer support. xbjl will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the informal process described above.
